Adjustable dog leash - Basic collection
Practical handmade dog leash made of recycled cotton/polyester mix. Free your hands on walks and purchase a hands-free adapter and use it as a crossbody or around your waist.
There is a handle + extra carabiner in the leash, so you don't have to buy an additional handle or adapter. If you use the leash with the hands-free adapter, you can put the handle down by the dog and use it as a safety handle.
There is a carabiner in the handle so you can attach it to your dog, to the hands-free adapter or attach a small bag to the leash.
You can either choose two or one color, if you choose one color the string will not be multi-colored.

Shipping & Returns
Packages are shipped 1-3 days after ordering. Packages are shipped Mon, Wed and Fri and order before 5pm on the specified day if you want your package to arrive.
You will receive a track&trace number when your package is shipped. Packages usually take 2-4 days to arrive.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time is 2-4 days after it has been delivered to DAO'S custody. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and whether it is to a parcel shop or home delivery.
If you have purchased handmade equipment, expect up to 14 days for delivery of the entire package, as it is usually shipped together.
Where is my package?
When you have ordered, you will be sent an email with a Track&Trace number, where you can follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your home.
What do I do if the package is damaged?

Can I return the item?
Yes, if you regret your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for return costs yourself.

We will credit within 7 days of receipt. It may take up to 14 days for the funds to be available in the account.
You cannot return handmade products as they are made-to-order and designed by you.
Can I return handmade custom orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on products that are made to order - including handmade items where you as the customer have helped choose colors or details.
These products are unique and tailored specifically for you, and therefore we cannot return or exchange them.
We recommend that you double-check your choices and sizes before ordering – and you are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions before we start producing your order.
Can I exchange an item?
Simply order the desired item in the correct size or color directly in the webshop, and write in the comments field at checkout that you want to exchange. We will send you a free return label so you can easily return the original item.
Your new item will be shipped immediately, and we will refund the amount for the returned item as soon as we receive it.
