Care and responsibility
No accessory is indestructible – we therefore always recommend that you regularly check your dog equipment for wear and damage. It is the owner's responsibility to assess whether the product is suitable for their dog.
Our dog equipment is designed for everyday use and tested by strong dogs. The products are intended for regular family dogs. Collarfull does not provide refunds or replacements for normal wear and tear, but only for real product defects, which are assessed after inspection.
We cannot guarantee full protection against damage – the owner is responsible for any damage caused by improper use, rough handling, or damage caused by the dog during use or improper storage.
Please note: Colours and prints may vary slightly between products as different materials are used. All designs are produced as repeat patterns, meaning each product is unique. All designs are protected by copyright.
It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that the correct size is selected using our size guides. Collarfull cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizes purchased. Harnesses must fit properly around both the neck and chest to be suitable. We do not offer custom fitting of harnesses or other equipment.
We do not recommend using our harnesses for dogs that pull a lot, as this can cause breakage or wear over time, making the product unsuitable for use.
Washing recommendation: We recommend hand washing at a maximum of 40 degrees. The products should be dried flat - never put the equipment in a dryer as plastic parts can be damaged and the material can shrink.
