The conditions below apply to all orders and deliveries made from www.collarfull.dk

BUY THE COMPANY VIA THE WEBSITE

All prices on www.collarfull.dk include VAT and Danish taxes. Before you approve your order, you can see an overview of what you are buying and what you have to pay, including shipping costs. When you have completed your order, we will automatically send an order confirmation by e-mail. A receipt will subsequently be sent to your email.

PAYMENT

www.collarfull.dk accepts payment with Visa/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American express, etc.

Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in DKK - Danish kroner and include VAT

www.collarfull.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

PRE - ORDER / PRE-ORDER

When you buy products on pre-order, it means that you are ordering an item with a longer delivery time than usual. Therefore, the money is also deducted from your card before the item is dispatched from Collarfull.

Have you put both alm. items and pre-order items in your basket?

Then your entire order will only be shipped when your pre-order items are in stock. Do you want to have your general goods delivered instead? general goods delivery time, you must place your orders separately.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We deliver your package with DAO

The price for shipping costs DKK 41 for DaoShop and DKK 52 for home delivery. If you buy for over DKK 499. Shipping is free.

Please note that free delivery does not apply to addresses in the Faroe Islands, Greenland and other countries.

The delivery time for your order is 2-4 working days after ordering (DAO)

www.collarfull.dk ships goods with the following: DAO - Home delivery, DAO - Parcelshop

You will always receive a track and trace no. so you can track your package from our warehouse to your home.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a 15-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 15-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially manufactured and special campaign offers or clearance sales.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You bear any return costs yourself.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 15 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to use the right of cancellation must be sent by email to collarfull.dk@gmail.com .
In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

COMPLAINT

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in material and manufacturing.

The right of complaint does not cover wear and tear or errors and damages directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.

Claims cannot be made about color fading on leather and fabric equipment. As it is a natural process that occurs with use.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to www.collarfull.dk within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

IMPORTANT INFO

In the first instance, you bear the cost of shipping yourself.

If you wish to return the item, send an email to www.collarfull.dk at collarfull.dk@gmail.com - preferably with a brief description of why you wish to return. You will then receive the necessary information you need to return.

Once we have received your complaint, we will assess whether the complaint is correct, and if so, return your cost for the purchase of our return label.
