Collarfull Terrain Trails Pro is our lightweight and functional harness – designed for both everyday walks and big adventures. The harness is robust without being heavy, and it gives your dog maximum freedom of movement and comfort.
It now has metal fittings at the neck, so you can easily open and close the harness without having to put it over your head – perfect for dogs that don't like it.
On the back you will find a practical handle for extra control, as well as D-rings both in front and on the back, so you can choose how the leash is attached. The harness is lined with soft neoprene, which feels comfortable against the fur (and does not wear out the fur) and dries quickly after rain, beach trips or snow.
It can be easily washed in the machine at 30°C (use a washing bag), and you can of course find matching collars and leashes in the same collection.
Details such as the logo, front piece and handle are made of vegan leather, and the entire design is created by Collarfull – with a focus on comfort, function and style.

Shipping & Returns
Packages are shipped 1-3 days after ordering. Packages are shipped Mon, Wed and Fri and order before 5pm on the specified day if you want your package to arrive.
You will receive a track&trace number when your package is shipped. Packages usually take 2-4 days to arrive.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time is 2-4 days after it has been delivered to DAO'S custody. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and whether it is to a parcel shop or home delivery.
If you have purchased handmade equipment, expect up to 14 days for delivery of the entire package, as it is usually shipped together.
Where is my package?
When you have ordered, you will be sent an email with a Track&Trace number, where you can follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your home.
What do I do if the package is damaged?

Can I return the item?
Yes, if you regret your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for return costs yourself.

We will credit within 7 days of receipt. It may take up to 14 days for the funds to be available in the account.
You cannot return handmade products as they are made-to-order and designed by you.
Can I return handmade custom orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on products that are made to order - including handmade items where you as the customer have helped choose colors or details.
These products are unique and tailored specifically for you, and therefore we cannot return or exchange them.
We recommend that you double-check your choices and sizes before ordering – and you are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions before we start producing your order.
Can I exchange an item?
Simply order the desired item in the correct size or color directly in the webshop, and write in the comments field at checkout that you want to exchange. We will send you a free return label so you can easily return the original item.
Your new item will be shipped immediately, and we will refund the amount for the returned item as soon as we receive it.
